General installation from source using cmake in Ubuntu

For OpenCV:
1. download the source (e.g., svn co http://...)
2. untar the tar file
4. cd
4. create a directory where the make files will be built (e.g., mkdir build)
5. cd build
6. cmake ../
7. make
8. sudo make install
