Traveling nitty gritty

Airlines rules:

• Carry on (22x19x9 inches). Most of the airlines allow it for free except a few, eg., Frontier.
• Backpack is allowed.
• In addition suit/coat is allowed.
• Luggage cost for domestic 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th is respectively $25, $25, $15, $200 (american).
• Luggage cost for international 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th is respectively $0 (23kg max), $0 (23kg max), $175, $175 (emirates).

TSA screening:

• Liquid allowed 3.4 ounces or 100ml.
• More than 3.4 ounces needs to be checked in through the airlines.
• Laptop needs to be in a separate bowl, other electronics (phone, ipad, charger, watch etc) are fine inside the carry on.
