US Visa Application

1. Fill the form up from https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ and save the confirmation page.
You will need to upload the photo during the application. A chinese guy helped me taking my photo. He used his Nikon. Use this tool to validate the photo.
2. Get the following documents to the Saimon center for an interview date:
    i)  confirmation page from the step 1.
    ii) a copy of I-20
   iii) a copy of passport
iv) SEVIS fee receipt (I had it from our previous interview)
   v) application fee of around 13000tk
vi) 2-4 copies of the phot you took.
Saimon Center will give you a slip for the visa interview
3. During the interview bring with you the following documents:
   i)  Visa interview slip from the Saimon Center
   ii) Original copy of I-20
   iii) Passport
iv) Advisor support letter (talk to Rachel), I also have attached the letter I took from Jana.
   v) SEVIS fee receipt

viii) GRE score (I brought it, may not be necessary)
ix)  TOEFL score (I brought it, may not be necessary)

*Important:
1. You can finish your application within a month. Hence the application can be saved. So remember or save the application number.
2. Remember the security question and answer at the first step of your application. The person from the Saimon Center was asking Ammu for it. They needed to download/check the application for some reason.
