My Diabetes Risk

I just answered some questionnaire in a websiteSiteman Cancer Center and on that basis I found that I am in 'just above average risk' zone for Diabetes. But the results also suggested that if I concentrate on these following 3 things, that would lower my risk down to very much below average. The points are:
1. Eat more whole grains: aim for 3 servings per day.
2. Cut down on refined starches: try for 3 or fewer servings a day.
3. Achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
